Last Night's Dinner: Comforting and Easy Chicken and Rice

     Hello lovers of all things edible and delicious! Today's little happy tummy recipe makes it's way into our kitchen almost every week. Hubby always requests it because it is a really great stick to your ribs comforting kinda meal. When you eat it it's like getting a hug on the inside (ok, that sounds kinda strange). Last Night's Dinner: Labor Day FEAST! My World Famous (not really) Burgers!

     Hi guys! Hope everyone is doing well and getting back in the grind of the every day routine. So, Labor Day is passed and the end of summer and all things bright, beautiful and tasty are going with it. No more will be the days of the perfect tomato. This saddens me greatly but I will soon get to bask in my favorite season of all, fall! I just love the fall. I love the smells, the clean crisp air. I'll get to wear my cute light weight jackets and of course my favorite boots! Nothing screams this nearing season to me more than heavenly scented apples and cinnamon or warm cider. Eek! I can't wait! I love to get all snuggly under lots of blankets too, maybe I'll invest in a snuggie! Nope. Not happenin'.

Blondie. FAIL.

     I like experimenting with new recipes a lot. But nothing discourages me more than when I think I know what I'm doing and something comes out like, well...poop. That's what happened yesterday when I was trying to make a surprise treat for Jeremy and everything didn't come together perfectly like I thought it would. Our New Sunday Tradition and My New Obsession

     Hello all! Hope you are doing well on this lovely Labor Day weekend! What kind of exciting festivites do you have planned?! Are you going out for a nice boat ride? A great picnic to top off your best summer ever? Or just staying home and having a memorable cookout? Oh, what am I doing you ask? Me and the Hubs are just staying in and doing a little cooking out...but in. Lunch Date!

     Yesterday I met Jeremy at our favorite local seafood restaurant for a quick lunch date. We don't do this very often so it was definitely a treat! If you live in the Jacksonville, FL area you have probably been to or at least heard of Safe Harbor Seafood Market, here you can buy fresh seafood caught that day or order off their menu and eat there.
